Commissions

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please be sure to read through everything.

 

-General-

-Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

-I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason. 

-All artwork is transferred digitally through private messages.

-I am able to draw: fanart, ocs, furry, human, feral animals, portraits, logos, character references, scenic pieces, nature backgrounds and bases.

-Inspiration references such as previous artworks, photos, other artists work etc. as well as a detailed description of what you’d like is required.

 

-Payment-

Once I receive your description including references and basic idea concepts I will quote you. Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD. I require full payment before starting a commission unless otherwise discussed. Once I accept your commission, I will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, I will notify you that I am starting your commission. If the invoice is not paid, I will have to cancel the commission. Tips are also welcome but not required!

 

-Deadlines-

If you need the piece to be done by a certain time please notify me at the start of the process. I will provide an estimate for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. I will contact you through your preferred messaging(email, discord, etc.) with updates or questions for your piece. Please be sure to have a way for me to contact you, I will update often. 

 

-Usage Policy-

My artwork is mainly for personal use. If commercial use is allowed it is only through adoptable designs and is not to be sold for more than original price. Bases are for personal use only and not to be resold or given away without permission. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know! I will post commissioned artwork with a watermark.

 

-Refunds-

You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission. If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
