Commissions

Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read thoroughly and feel free to ask any questions.

—Payment + Update Process—

I take PayPal and will need an email from you connected to your account that I can send an invoice to. I require at least half or full payment before I start any sketches or work on the piece. If you send half upfront I will update you with watermarked sketches/process pictures of the work. Once you are happy with the piece with no further edits, you will send the second half of payment. Once I see it come through I will send the full file with no watermark. I will also give you a breakdown of the price based on this model before payment!

Initial contact is totally fine through DA notes. There have been some recent scam issues through notes so please be thorough and message me with details about what you’d like for the commission, reference photos, etc. I WILL NOT ANSWER ONE LINE MESSAGES OR QUESTIONS. Sorry it’s just to avoid the scammer issue. If you’re worried that my commissions are closed please check my home page or this post. I will always have a little sign that says open or closed. I most definitely prefer to use Discord as my main contact for updating clients so having one is very helpful but if you’d rather we can stick to DA notes and stash or email if that works better for you. Just please let me know in first contact.

—My Schedule + Deadlines—

Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays are my days off unless your project requires a quick turn around. If you need the piece to be done by a certain time please notify me at the start of the process. I will provide an estimate for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. I will contact you through your preferred messaging(email, discord, etc.) with updates or questions for your piece. Please be sure to have a way for me to contact you, I will update often.

—Edit Policy—

I always try to keep my edits minimal which is why I require references, a concept and style direction from clients. If you require excessive amounts of edits(50+) or do not come with a clear direction you may be subject to a further charge for my time which will be estimated between ($50-$100). These are extreme cases, believe me I don’t like having to have this policy but it has been abused in the past. So please come prepared with your idea!

If you give me the full scope of creative freedom, there is a maximum of 5 edits. Letting me have the reins with no direction from you and then making me do a ton of edits will not fly with me. If this happens you will be charged extra as stated above.

—Usage Policy—

My artwork is mainly for personal use. If commercial use is allowed it MUST be previously discussed and agreed upon. Bases are for personal use only and not to be resold or given away without permission. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know! I will post commissioned artwork with a watermark.

—Crediting Policy—

When posting artwork done by me I require a credit to at least one of my social medias or my website. Doesn’t have to be anything extensive unless previously discussed, but a simple “design done by (Artist’s name and link to social media of your choosing below)” on a page or post/product description is perfectly acceptable and deeply appreciated.

—Refunds—

You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission. If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
